By submitting a contact form, texting a business, or calling a business that uses ResponseBud, you agree to receive customer-service SMS replies. All communication is strictly 1-to-1 and non-marketing.
Allowed use
ResponseBud provides automated customer service messaging on behalf of small businesses. It may not be used for bulk messaging, marketing, or unsolicited outreach.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages will be sent.
HELP keyword
Reply HELP at any time for assistance with SMS messaging.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your carrier apply.
Important notes
- All messages are customer-service related only
- No marketing or promotional content will be sent
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP
